Welcome To Ennis FUMC Youth Ministries
At FUMC Ennis, we have plenty of activities for youth to be involved, have fun and learn how to minister to the church and community.
Sunday Mornings
We have Sunday school classes for Jr. High and Sr. High; both begin at 9:45 am.
Sunday evenings
We have a variety of youth activities that follow a monthly pattern. All activities are subject to change based on other activities in the church or holidays. For the most up to date schedule, please refer to the Upcoming Events section. The normal schedule per month is:
First and Third Sunday’s – Regular Youth Service 4:30-6:30 pm
This service offers praise and worship, dramatic skits, a message from one of our adult volunteers followed by a snack supper and games.
Second Sunday – Small Group Fellowship 4:30-6:00 pm
The youth have the opportunity to meet at 4 homes in Ennis to participate in student led devotion time. After devotions, the youth have snacks and play games. This setting breaks the youth into smaller groups as an opportunity to grow relationships with one another.
Fourth Sunday – Fellowship & Fun
Times vary for activities planned
We have one Sunday a month to just have fun! Activities vary monthly but can include Broomball, Paintball, Movie Night, Bowling, Batting Cages, Swim Parties, Baseball games and special trips for concerts or district events.
Fifth Sunday – Missions Times vary for activities planned
On the months that have a fifth Sunday, we plan activities where our youth group can give back to the community. Activities vary but have included collecting and delivering items for shelters, yard work , and planning for future mission trips.
Wednesday Night
"Wednesday Night Wisdom"
This bible study is for all the youth, sr and jr high, boys and girls! 7-8 pm!
